Our program focuses on three main areas : strengthening global capabilities, nurturing expertise, and cultivating leadership with an aim to produce the most qualified engineers who can spearhead the semiconductor display equipment industry.

Professional Development
In an effort to cultivate key personnel, we have put an academic training system in place by which we provide financial assistance to talented individuals who are selected to complete master's and/or doctoral programs (domestic and international) as well as attend univeristy research projects (as a visiting researcher).

In addition, we are implementing higher-level technical training in order to grow talents into expert engineers in their related fields.
eadership Development Training
Improving common leadership capabilities through introductory training and operating a leadership course every year to share the company's core values​​ and organizational culture and increase a sense of belonging.

In addition, we are striving to foster leaders with both technical and organizational management capabilities through next-generation leader training courses in organizational management, general management, and communication skills for next-generation leader candidates.
Global Competency Building
The intensive foreign language SEMES provides an intensive foreign language (English, Mandarin, and Japanese) course, held at the training center for 9 weeks, to improve global competencies such as conversation skills and understanding of local culture. After completion of the course, the individuals are trained as candidates to become expatriates or business experts.
Super Rookie Program for New Hires
For one year after a department is assigned, new hires participate in on-site OJT and research projects with a mentor. The program aims to help new employees adapt to the organization and improve their work skills in a short period by encouraging them to complete foreign language courses, humanities courses, and essential job skills training.
